International Sculpture

The reason for having the two categories of public
art and international sculpture is because the approaches
to the photographs have been rather different.

are supposed to be an exploration of the intent
of the piece, less to do with any public awareness
that it might have

Journey's End Monument

The Journey's End Monument on Museum Hill in Santa Fe,
New Mexico, USA, is a 56 feet long arrangement of sculptures
that commemorate the history of the Santa Fe Trail.
The sculptor was Reynaldo "Sonny" Rivera and he collaborated
with landscape architect Richard Borkovetz following grant
money being allocated to the project in 1999. There are some
highly evocative nuances in the work, including this welcoming
figure of a boy and dog
