Unusual

Many times friends and colleagues have commented
that under commissioned briefs there is a tendency
for a photographer to be too celebratory and not
always manage to take the record shots as well as
the promotional celebratory ones. It is with these
comments in mind that this selection has been chosen,
but not all of them were taken with that in mind,
some were taken just for the fun of taking them, so
are at the other end of the spectrum

Loveland Pass

Sign at the Loveland Pass, Colorado, USA. The pass is at 11,990 feet,
3655 m and is the highest main road pass kept open. What look
like bullet holes are in fact stickers from visitors across the world
