Public Open Space

Landscape architects and garden designers work on similar
projects , although there can be considerable blurring.
The simplistic view is that garden designers work primarily
on spaces that are private, whereas landscape
architects tend to work on places and spaces viewed
or used by the wider public. The needs and demands
on the spaces are different.

Of course this is far too simplistic, but can be a guide

Pigeons in Stavanger

Pigeons. Difficult conundrum. People who want to keep their
sandwiches find them tyrannical. Other people bring breadcrumbs
especially to make a connection with something wild and free.
Moderation in all things? This girl is feeding the pigeons in Stavanger
