Flowers

Flowers are so often beautiful and captivating in their
own right. The challenge is to photograph them in our
world, to give a sense of where they are and the places
they can augment. This does not always come naturally

Tortola Botanic Gardens

Petrea volubilis CV 'Purple Wreath', growing in Tortola Botanic
Gardens, British Virgin Islands. While it is more usual for these
flamboyant displays to be planted symmetrically on pergolas,
the sense of framing the view and guiding the path to be
travelled is still effective
